What is a Recall?
A recall is a lawful process that allows registered voters to remove their MLA from office if constituents feel their representation is not meeting the community’s needs. This is regulated under the Recall and Initiative Act and overseen by Elections BC.

Once approved, the petition period lasts 60 days.
You must collect signatures from 40% of all registered voters in North Vancouver–Lonsdale.
Only registered voters in the riding can sign.
Every signature is verified by Elections BC.
